Had a bad 2 days I called on Thursday to take Edge in for service because cold air blowing out of drivers side vents, they were very busy and set up appointment for I called on Thursday to take Edge in for service because cold air blowing out of drivers side vents, they were very busy and set up appointment for Monday morning. Monday dropped off before 8:30 and left with Lance. Tuesday, 2:26 called and talked to Cody Lance went home sick Monday morning. Edge had been looked at and paperwork on Lance desk. Told Cody of course to fix. Paperwork shows Edge ready at 2:44, (took less than 20 minutes to reprogram computer and there for 2 days). Picked up at 4:00 from Oscar after paying $99.95, (thought it should have been under warranty). I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY because it was there 2 days and felt that Lance manager should have picked up Lance desk!! More
