My wife’s 2020 1500 Ram (20k Miles) lost power while driving on a highway. I purchased the truck from Mac Haik Dodge in Georgetown TX. Power steering went out, all the warning lights on the dashboard ca driving on a highway. I purchased the truck from Mac Haik Dodge in Georgetown TX. Power steering went out, all the warning lights on the dashboard came on, transmission warning message came on the screen along with NO BUS. Got the pickup to Mac Haik in Georgetown to check things out. I took a photo of what the dashboard looked like at the time of power loss. 2 days later I got a call from the service adviser named Robert that the truck was ready to be picked up. I asked what was wrong with it. He said it had more than 100 codes on it and the mechanic could not replicate the issue so everything is fine with the truck. They just cleared the codes. I told him this is unacceptable and the truck is unsafe for my wife to drive it in this condition and it needs to be fixed. The service adviser Robert said “I'm not God” so he can’t fix it. After purchasing 5 new trucks from this dealership and having major problems including: replacing transfer case and other parts for a 4x4, water pump in another, 2 turbos in an ECO Diesel along with a manifold and replacing a heater core in another, I told Robert that I will start buying Ford’s because of reliability and he said “You are worried about your wife driving this truck and you want to put her in a Ford?”…horrible customer service and just plain rude. I just want the truck to be safe for my wife to drive. More
The negative reviews about Robert are spot-on - take time to read them. He is rude and one of the most condescending service managers we've ever dealt with. K.C. Gardner provided me with the best experience I've ever had when dealing with a car salesman. I first stepped into this dealership to purchase one back in June 2020, but came across some obstacles because of my specific desires not being available. I also did not have the best experience when dealing with a couple other salesmen here, but K.C. really changed my perspective by treating me like a "human" instead of a marionette doll (or some other thing that can be easily manipulated). The finance officer was very rude and non-customer friendly he wi purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Georgetown. The finance officer was very rude and non-customer friendly he withheld important information about the contract. One example was the first payment was moved to the 1st of the month, but he said we could not change it. I am a retired Army Veteran served for 26 years and one of my jobs was Equal Opportunity Advisor for the Brigade and I felt the racism in the air, not a good experience. More
I am just now seeing all the negative reviews about Robert. I understand fully what they are saying. Wish I would've saw this before I dropped my truck off. He is very rude and doesn't seem to care about wearing a mask, even inside the dealership. Everyone else in the service department was. Not him. If he would've told me that my vehicle was going to be there for days I wouldn't have dropped it off seeing as I'm going out of town in a few days. Hope I can get it back before I leave. I can already tell you that I will not be bringing my vehicle to this dealership again. At this rate I am feeling like I will get my truck back in worse condition then I left it. Update: Just called the dealership to get my truck out of the service department. Asked to speak to a manager. Manager is gone for the day. So I ask to be transferred to someone that can help me get my truck back. Only to be transferred to Robert, the one that lied to me in the first place. Went to voice-mail of course. So called back and the receptionist didn't even bother to answer the phone and just transferred me straight to Robert's voice-mail again. BE WARNED!!!!! Once they sell you a vehicle they don't care about you anymore. Service department doesn't care and will lie to you. Only had this truck 4 weeks. More
Avoid this service department at all cost. Today I had service scheduled on my Dodge Hellcat wide body. I asked the service tech Robert to inspect my vehicle for scratches, particularly the rims. My last service scheduled on my Dodge Hellcat wide body. I asked the service tech Robert to inspect my vehicle for scratches, particularly the rims. My last vehicle they scratched all 4 rims rotating the tires. Robert tells me it’s nearly impossible not to scratch rims while doing this service. Btw these are factory dodge rims. He then tells me if I don’t want my car scratched I shouldn’t have the service performed. Instead of having half the service done I left and contacted another dealer. This is my 2nd Hellcat and I have been buying Dodges for 15 years. This is the worse customer service I’ve seen in a while. To top it off it occurred in front of other customers and didn’t seem to phase Robert. One customer even approached me as I was leaving and was in disbelief in Roberts response. More

We took our 2018 jeep in for 4th oil change and tire rotation, as we purchased jeep at Mac Hiak. They didn't rotate the tires or check air pressure. Not even sure they change the oil. Our jeep was also to be checked for warning message "service electronic security control". Our jeep is still under warranty. They charged us for diagnostic and then said they couldn't fix the problem. SERVICE DEPT. AND MANAGEMENT HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS. Would not recommend to my worst friend. More
Came from another jeep dealership who was not willing to negotiate or work with me at all. I met Asmir when I pulled in. He was not pushy and did not pressure me at all. Terrible experience with Service I went to this dealership for 1. Oil change 2. 2 pending recalls 3. Inside cabin, I was hearing constant annoying noise coming from around the 12 I went to this dealership for 1. Oil change 2. 2 pending recalls 3. Inside cabin, I was hearing constant annoying noise coming from around the 12 V Battery. I had coupon from manufacturer for oil change and tire rotation for upto 5 quarts of oil. Anthony Santos rejected that coupon telling be that your coupon was only for car that takes oil upto 5 quarts, and Pacifica Hybrid takes "6 quarts". I was not sure about that so, after coming home I did some research and found that my car takes only 5 quarts of oil. So this is the first sign of rip-off. For #3 job - they just tried to sell their stupid reasons without trying to fix this noise, (may be to avoid working on this car). Reason #1 - sound coming out of exhaust. Why this is fake reason - because this CAR is hybrid it turns the gasoline engine off when car is stationary, unless it need power to run the HVAC. And even when engine is off - I hear this noise Reason #2 - this sound is for safety of pedestrian, if you are driving car for less than 20 miles Why this is fake reason - because if this is for pedestrian safety, pedestrian are most vulnerable when car is running fully on battery. But it does not make this noise when turning on car with enough charge left in battery to run (drive) car and as long as car is running on battery. 3 service advisor trying to convince me with above ideas, so I asked for technician, to know more details - but they denied telling me that their technician is super busy. So I asked for an (10 mins) appointment with technician. And advisor went to ask his "manager", and came back with response that sorry we cant get technician speak to customer. Dealership whos is trying to sell me this fake reasons to avoid working on this car is none other than Mac Haik Doge Chrysler Ram Jeep in Georgetown, TX. They have ridiculous system to service vehicle - so called very efficient and self claimed best service in market - total work on car is 2 hours and they held my car for 4 days - even if I had called them to get an appointment to work on this car. People involved - Anthony Santos - Primary contact - Service Advisor Charles - Expert supporter (crime partner) for their service team - Service Advisor Robert Buckley - self claimed Pacifica Hybrid expert - Service Advisor Jefferey Colvin - Hybrid Specialist - Technician I am never going to this dealership even if it is 4 miles from my residence.
