I brought my 09 wrangler in for the passenger side airbag and clockspring recall and i also wanted an odd death wobble diagnosed (extremely random and hard to duplicate). I was told vehicle was ready to pick up the same day and that both recalls were completed and tech supposedly was able to duplicate said issue and i just needed a whole new front end at 3 grand out the door. i was shocked at the price and did decline suspension work, i went to pick up vehicle at 5:50 on friday night and was surprised at the the 215 diag charge where i wasnt given a break down in parts, nor any reason why the entire front end just needed to be replaced. The cashier could even find my ro due to advisor deciding to write it up in an entirely different name. upon recieving vehicle, i started to wonder if recalls were even done. i looked up 19s33 and it shows replacement of steering column shrouds which i inspected and they were the original ones. I called this morning to speak with the service director and after he gathered info he called me back stating that the recieved parts were damaged and when i inquired about the diagnosis of just an entire front end he stated that it probably just needed a steering dampener. Now when i picked up the vehicle, i was told all repairs were completed but how is that possible if parts were damaged? i dont feel any of the recalls were done and the director is trying to cover up for tech, i also dont think i got any value of the 215 and would like a refund due to the tech just attempting to throw the kitchen sink at the issue. I have had the worst experience with this dealer. We purchased an Acura and I’ve had the car for 6 weeks when a maintenance light came on. It’s due for $2600 in maintenance. Upon inspection by an auto shop they said all maintenance had been neglected. They said the dealer didn’t look under the hood and the engine had rat poop in it. The transmission is shot, water pump leaked all over the timing belt, the radiator is bone dry and all fluids are empty and it needs spark plugs and a battery. The manager, Corey will not help or acknowledge any problems. The service manager Kevin said they ran a full used car maintenance check to ensure it passes state inspection but that’s hard to believe. I keep getting the run around from ALL staff when asking questions. It was a horrible experience and although the warranty covers part of it they will not pay for items neglected by routine maintenance. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE and find an HONEST dealer!!!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. More
