This all could have been avoided if Mac Haik DCJ in Houston TX located in 11000 North Fwy completed the prep protocols before delivering to my family. During the purchase of this Jeep Wagoneer from Mac Haik DCJ in Houston, TX we found the entire process very pushy. It was clear that all Mac Haik wanted was to sell a car. The sales guys became unresponsive once he knew we started the purchase paperwork. (Even the finance manager could not get in touch with him to complete our sale). We ended up purchasing a vehicle with all the options we wanted but this vehicle was located on the storage lot. We agreed on moving forward with closing and signing of the paperwork with the expectation the vehicle would be ready shortly after. Once completed with the signing we found out that it would be several hours before we would get access to our new vehicle. We ended up asking Mac Haik DCJ to complete the delivery prep and deliver the vehicle to us at our residence as we had prior arrangements that evening. With that said Mac Haik DCJ had ample time to complete the delivery prep and services to make sure our vehicle was ready. On a cold morning my family was hopping into our brand-new Jeep Wagoneer and to our surprise found that the new vehicle would not start. We had to jump the car and found that most of the instrumentation on the inside was not operating as intended. We scheduled a service visit with Texan DCJ in Humble, TX and they diagnosed that the system was not updated properly. According to the Texan SVS dept. this was a known issue. Texan DCJ in Humble, Tx went above and beyond with my family to ensure we were satisfied with a vehicle even though they didn’t sell it. I pursued getting in touch with Mac Haik DCJ Houston to figure out why they did not complete the sales prep appropriately before delivering the vehicle. The Sales Director sent me to the General Manager - Nancy Lambert and the whole time she talked at me and would not take responsibility for this issue she put my family through. I communicated with the New Car Sales Director - Omar Cabrera about my experience with Nancy Lambert the General Manager and how she would not listen, and his responses was “she is my boss, what she says goes”. Now with a purchase of a brand-new Jeep Wagoneer and the issues that Mac Hick put my family through I would expect someone to listen. This is not the case that I have found when dealing with Mac Haik DCJ Houston Texas. I do not recommend them as a car sales provider and will never provide them with my repeated business again. This goes for all Mac Haik dealerships. More
