The process was smooth and painless. I special ordered a truck. It was delayed because of the chip shortage but that wasn’t the dealership’s fault. The ONLY thing that could have gone better was what I was given for my trade-in. Granted it was rough and I know they didn’t really want to take it because it wasn’t something they would put back on the lot to sell but I would have liked to have gotten book value for it. I got much less. I could have taken the old truck somewhere else or sold it privately but my time is worth money as well. All things considered this was a good transaction. More
