Called for a service appointment for a recall on my Dart. Service department says I have to bring my car and leave it there (even though my car runs just fine) for a back order part that would take weeks , o Service department says I have to bring my car and leave it there (even though my car runs just fine) for a back order part that would take weeks , or possibly over a month to get there. I was not able to make an appointment or get the part ordered and be on a waiting list, just had to leave it there till they got to it. Very unacceptable business practice. Will never do business with Mak Haik dodge for anything. More

broke my bumper as well and now I can't even reach them. This is crazy. Update: So turned out, my salesman, Emanuel text me the next day apologizing and asking me to not complain/contact the dealership b This is crazy. Update: So turned out, my salesman, Emanuel text me the next day apologizing and asking me to not complain/contact the dealership because he was the one who hit a curb damaging my car. What angers me is that he didnt say anything about it at all when i was at the dealership when I first found out my car was damaged. Like he was scared to tell me. Then on the phone, he kept saying it's a "after market" part of the bumper. Like that "aftermarket " part didn't cost much and it was cheap. lol More

Came in for oil change. Check in was quick and fairly thorough (they checked for any recalls, etc). Very friendly and professional. Did not try to upsell services.
