Went in to get info on extended warranty. I was told by Mr Berry that all was needed was 5 percent down $156 and 131 a month for 18 months for Mopar Max Care for $3165.00 total. He said he made a mistake, proceeded to cancel to contract on the computer. Then he says the down payment should be $400 and $156.00. Then he could not input a new contract because the computer would not let him do a new one until the next day. I called the next day and of course he was not available, tried several times through the operator with no success. THIS DEALERSHIP JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!!! More
