WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! !!!!! TRADED IN MY NISSAN ON 12/21/2023 AND THEY SOLD IT TO AN AUCTION BEFORE FINANCING HAD GONE THROUGH AND THE JEEP I PURCHASED HAD NOT PASSED INSPE !!!!! TRADED IN MY NISSAN ON 12/21/2023 AND THEY SOLD IT TO AN AUCTION BEFORE FINANCING HAD GONE THROUGH AND THE JEEP I PURCHASED HAD NOT PASSED INSPECTION. MY CREDIT SCORE HAS DROPPED 26 POINTS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HANDLE THIS PROPERLY!!!!! After driving a loaner for almost a week, I finally received the Jeep I purchased without an inspection sticker, stating that I had to drive it 1,500 miles before it would pass. 4 days later I am having issues with cruise control. 10 days later the vehicle started smoking on my 15 min commute to work, and I had only driven it 650 miles since I left the dealership. Told them I wanted my car back. No excuses. they had it ready within two days and it had been worked on, which I found confusing because, as far as I know, they don't attempt to increase the price of a vehicle at an auction. When I asked if there was any paperwork I needed to sign, TUCKER would not even make eye contact with me and the mechanic said no and promptly too me to my vehicle. In February I was contacted by a new financing company for the Jeep that was no longer in my possession. After multiple efforts to get ahold of a loan officer at this new financing company, I was able to reach Robert Sherwin, who informed me that it was Mac Haik's fault and he would get the matter resolved right away. Now they are trying manipulate me into paying more than I owed on my original loan because "repairs" were done! When I told them that the only way I wanted to contact them was through writing because they were untrustworthy, I received nothing. Now I am left in the dark and considering contacting a Pro Bono lawyer, as well as contacting corporate. JORDI IS NOT HELPFUL, MADE ME DRIVE 30 MINUTES OUT OF THE WAY SO I COULD "HAVE A FACE TO RELATE TO HIS NAME" (which could have been done on the website, without wasting an hour round trip drive and gas), SCREAMED AT MY FIANCE IN THE DEALERSHIP. TUCKER is UNHELPFUL, ABBRASIVE, AND ARROGANT! BRETT, my actual salesman was polite and very friendly. In fact, he was the only one willing to be communicative throughout this entire process and I fear they will put the blame on him. More

I had some trouble with my jeep I purchased with them and they were able to collaborate with me and each other to work a miracle for me. My jeep is now in top notch condition and it is all because of the hard work from these two managers. The customer service they gave me was impeccable and I was impressed by how sweet they treated me. You know sometimes women can feel a bit undervalued when it comes to dealing with men in a car dealership. However, with these two they made me feel like an equal and worked everything out for me. Being kind and honest is the key to success and longevity within a business and this dealership is definitely up for a long run for good success! Thanks again. More
John Lortz in service said I was not welcome to do my oil change service and told me to leave after my truck was already taken to the back and all because of a review I left in the past regarding Thomas Stew change service and told me to leave after my truck was already taken to the back and all because of a review I left in the past regarding Thomas Stewart and how pushy he can be when trying to up sale me on services I don't need or want, now I can go into detail about that past review, but if anyone really cares they can call me, other than that I don't care, but John Lortz approached me in public in front of other customers as well and said "hey I had seen you in a while I wanted to talk to you, YOU BURNED ME ON A REVEIW AND IT COSTED ME ALOT OF MONEY AND I USALLY DONT WELCOME PEOPLE BACK AFTER BAD REVIEWS!" which I replied do you want me to leave? and John replied No! , Then I told him we can talk about it now and his exact reply was "I don't remember what the review was about", I find that interesting that he didn't remember the review but he did Rember the money he lost, shows me he is money motivated and not worried about customer safety or satisfaction, so basically John told me to leave when he couldn't get me to agree that I would talk to him first, before leaving a review like the one I left about Thomas, and let me remind you again John didn't even remember what it was about. I told John, it sounds like you're trying to manipulate my review, and as soon as I said that he blows up and ask for my vehicle to be brought back to me and told me to wait outside and yes this was all done in front of customers maybe he wanted to send the Message that IF YOU DO BUISSNESS HERE YOU BETTER LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW OR DONT COME BACK. I'll end with this, I used to think John was a great fellow, in fact, I will choose to think he still is, maybe he is just going thru something. and I will ask His forgiveness because I got upset a little also and said some things I shouldn't have, so please forgive me. Now just for the record, after every service I'm prompted via text or email to do a survey or review, but I choose not to because it's too time consuming and if it wasn't a good experience, people get offended just like John and Thomas did, but that day Thomas basically beg me to do a review, I believe he even called me later that day to remind me about it, so I did based on all my experiences with Thomas, and I never wrote a review about Thomas because I didn't want to write a bad one, so in reality Thomas burned you by being so pushy not me. why ask for a review if I can't do it based on my experience. I hope that the matter can be resolved because it is convenient for me to get my service there and let me say I have bought several new and used vehicles from this dealership if that matters for anything...
