My husband has taken his truck here to get the sound system looked at as it's sounds like static and will clear up every now and then on it's own. His advisor Matt, at first, seemed to care, but now has system looked at as it's sounds like static and will clear up every now and then on it's own. His advisor Matt, at first, seemed to care, but now has done nothing but drag this out claiming "the tech can't figure out the issue". We both question if said tech is either lazy, or incompetent to find the issue as it's taken 2 weeks to diagnose the vehicle after my husband dropped it off on the 7th of December. Matt would only reach out with updates when my husband made it clear he needed his vehicle back and only offered a loaner A WEEK after having possession of his vehicle, with no diagnosis, further signifying the lack thereof from Matt and his tech. Additionally, Matt never responded back to my husband's text regarding cost as he wanted to ensure the issue is covered under warranty and what expenses, if at all, would be coming out of pocket. Fast forward to the 29th of December, my husband is STILL without his vehicle after Matt sent my husband a text that he'd "hopefully have him out" Tuesday, the 22nd, but no later than the 23rd. Matt never once called my husband with an update forcing my husband to go into the dealership before an important meeting AND work to push the matter. My husband asked to speak to the service manager Dan where he learned the part had come in the same day of its request, allegedly, but has STILL not been installed. I'd expect this from a transmission issue, but certainly not for an amp and a tech "trying to find the issue". My husband was told he'd have his vehicle to him today, the 29th and that it'd be brought to him. We are now being told the vehicle will be ready on the 3rd. In no way do we expect to be priority, but we have far exceeded the appropriate wait time on such an issue that it shouldn't take another week to INSTALL an AMP. This is by far the worst level of unprofessionalism and transparency in all my years of car ownership. This speaks volumes on how this service department is managed. More
Terrible service from the service department trying to buy 4 tires. Received a post card telling me I could buy three tires and get the fourth for $1. After calling several times, finally got the right person in service. They ordered the tires for me before Thanksgiving and I never heard from them. I call today and they said "we called you last week but we got a busy signal". I confirmed they had the right number to my CELL PHONE (cell phones don't ring busy). They said my tires were in buy now the promotion expired and I could no longer get the deal. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They said "no....it is a software thing". Terrible service. Why not allow a customer have the deal 2 days after it expires??? I can promise you they did not get a busy signal when they called me! Terrible service. More

I'd give the service department ZERO stars if I could. I brought my Cherokee in on a Monday. Unlike when I made the appointment, I was told the car couldn't be looked at until Wednesday and it would be I brought my Cherokee in on a Monday. Unlike when I made the appointment, I was told the car couldn't be looked at until Wednesday and it would be $179 to run diagnostics. I called on Thursday since no one called me and was told my car hadn't been touched but it would be and I'd hear back by 5. I called on Friday since no call back and was told they still hadn't looked at my car. At 4:15 on Friday I got a call that my car was ready but they found nothing. They never diagnosed it. They just let it sit there all week. Communications were terrible. I had always taken my car there for service - but NEVER again. They are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Stay away. More
