Lili Tyler is an honest hard-working Sales Consultant on 8/16/2022 I bought a wonderful used Dodge 2500 heavy duty with a 6.4 Hemi that at first when she showed it to me, I thought she had made a mistake an 8/16/2022 I bought a wonderful used Dodge 2500 heavy duty with a 6.4 Hemi that at first when she showed it to me, I thought she had made a mistake and was showing me a new truck to my delight it was the used truck as it was just as advertised but better. The price was $16,700.00 I had been looking for a couple weeks and everything I found was a disappointment until I met up with Lili by phone the day before and after talking with her, I wanted to go and see the truck about a 200-mile round trip. She was off work the following day but assured me she would take all the time needed if I drove to the dealer ship. Not only did she come in on her day off she reserved the truck so it would not be sold before I arrived the next day. Final result, met her at the set time the next day and everything was better than I could have ever imagined, I have bought probably in excess of 50 vehicles over the last 40 years and I can honestly say without a doubt working with Lili and her team was one of the most enjoyable and simple transactions noting no surprises or pressure and, in the door, to driving home I would say less than an hour total. I'd give the service department ZERO stars if I could. I brought my Cherokee in on a Monday. Unlike when I made the appointment, I was told the car couldn't be looked at until Wednesday and it would be I brought my Cherokee in on a Monday. Unlike when I made the appointment, I was told the car couldn't be looked at until Wednesday and it would be $179 to run diagnostics. I called on Thursday since no one called me and was told my car hadn't been touched but it would be and I'd hear back by 5. I called on Friday since no call back and was told they still hadn't looked at my car. At 4:15 on Friday I got a call that my car was ready but they found nothing. They never diagnosed it. They just let it sit there all week. Communications were terrible. I had always taken my car there for service - but NEVER again. They are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Stay away. More
Called ahead about pricing and trade in value. I was told I would qualify for their advertised price and that they would match my Carmax quote. Apparently, they have no interest in selling a new car to me. Maybe it was because I am out of state, but something seems sketchy about this place. No response to basic requests for numbers or info. Worst car purchase experience ever!!!On July 5th, my Worst car purchase experience ever!!! On July 5th, my husband decided to purchase a brand new grand cherokee. Salesperson has always been wonderful n Worst car purchase experience ever!!! On July 5th, my husband decided to purchase a brand new grand cherokee. Salesperson has always been wonderful nice, I would always give him a full rating. Problem all came when we recieve a phone call from Sultan Aldeek(financial department) saying that they lost our cashier's check. So my husband took one of his working afternoons went to bank BBVA to have the check reissued. The bank told him that he needed to purchase a surety bond, a 2% out of the amount from the check. MAC HAIK agreed to pay for that. Due to my husband busy schedule, he did not buy the surety bond right away in any insurance companies. Two days later, a message from the salesperson asking about the check, we still had nothing. My husband on another afternoon called some insurance companies, and no one could offer us. So we decided that i will have to solve the problem all by myself due to his busy schedules at work. I took one morning driving around the district looking for surety bond, I went knocking door to door explaining the lost cashier's check situation, no one was able to provide us, except states farm. First they told me that normally it will take 2 weeks to process and by the time when i was about to finish filling a form, states farm confirmed saying that I needed to wait a 90 days period. I was not happy at all, i was frustrated. I got on the phone talked to Anthony Santos( salesperson) that I needed to talk to the manager. Manager, Cesar Torino answered my phone, I was explaining everything about the bank policy and the surety bond, and our temporary plate is about to be expired, he told me that we will have to return the car. I was really upset and furious about this situation. I could not believe a manager of a big company would ever mention "return the car" and he told me twice, and he even told me about other banks were able to have it done on the same day. I even offered my personal banker´s phone number and he rejected, every bank has their own policy and he told me that he has his own contact. I waited for his call back, one hour after an hour...he was really playing with my patience...it was not right that a sales manager treated me unprofessionally. I called him again, i offered my banker's number again and he accepted. He told me that he would call me. An hour still no answer...I called my banker to ensure if someone in Machaik called her, she said no...I called Cesar again, i told him my banker picked up the phone right away, he told me to hold on that he will ring the phone to see if she picks up. She did picked up the phone, I left the phone call. After a while, Cesar called me and agreed to wait for a 90 day to have the check reissued and a check of a car loan...so rude and so unprofessional!!! It was something so simple, but a manager made it so complicated!!! About the temporary plates, I called DMV to be sure if everything is in order. DMV informed me they have the plates shipped out on August 18... all along i knew Mac Haik has our plates, but they were never honest to us. They never informed us they had the plates, all they told us was they never have it. And they never informed me correctly that we were able to have a new temporary plate on the same day on the expiration date. Until a day before of the expiration date, I had to called Cesar to be well informed of. Really ridiculous, there is absolutely no such thing as customer service!!! After 90 days, on October 15, I was able to have the check reissued. It took me two mornings, one morning I had to cancel the previous check and wait a 24 hour confirmation. Second morning, i had the check reissued, finally all this nightmare had ended... I swore that this was the first and last time to buy a brand new car from them. More
