I took my truck in for service after the engine light went on. December 6, 2024. I was told 2-3 weeks and guess what it’s January 22 and yet no communication from service department. My husband has to go up the in person to get more excuses on why my truck is not fixed yet! I’m scared I get my truck back the same issues or problems will happen. So I called the sales guy and my credit is not good and I need money down with higher car payments than what I am paying for!! I’m paying for my truck payment, car insurance and gap insurance for a vehicle I’m not driving. All I get is the run around from Mac Haik. I am thinking about going to the news people who help those who are having problems, maybe I can get answers!! I asked what Mac Haik would do for me…not a darn thing!
