bought a 2020 traverse here 02/22/2020 have had so many issues with the radio, the tires,the door squeaking. took back several several times still the stuff is not fixed. Spoke to Brian and Josh , have had issues with the radio, the tires,the door squeaking. took back several several times still the stuff is not fixed. Spoke to Brian and Josh , have had 4 alignments in 1 yr, front end still not correct , took to another shop for 2nd opinion have print out from them sent to mac haik and this is the response from the gm We will no longer service your vehicle at our dealership, you can explore a new dealership to service with so that you may find a place that you feel is honest in their dealings with you. This will be our last correspondence with you about your vehicle. I hope you find a place you are happy dealing with. Thanks and God bless. Wow what a change Wow is the word that expresses my recent experience. I hadn't been to the Quick Service Dept in years- the remodeling was also quite pleasant. The cu Wow is the word that expresses my recent experience. I hadn't been to the Quick Service Dept in years- the remodeling was also quite pleasant. The customer service, expertise, professionalism of the staff that I had contact with was outstanding. The low point was the long wait (1 1/2 hrs from 7:30 am to 9 am) for oil change and car wash. My past experience with this dept was when they had the 30 minute service for the same work. It is a disconnect for me that the wait time is so long and would deter me from returning unless I made prior arrangements to adapt to the wait. More
