Not the case, with Charles Walker and Barry Graves, they were very professional and honest to a fault. They made no promises that they could not back up and I appreciate it. Even though I had a decent credit rating , I had no credit history and had several banks that turn me down. They were able to find me a lender and negotiated a fair interest rate that was within my budget. Yes, I would recommend buying from Charles Walker. More

I recently tried to buy a car. Caug I'm posting this here to warn people about dealing with Mac Haik Auto Direct. STAY AWAY FROM MAC HAIK AUTO DIRECT! I recently tried to buy a car. Caught them in fraud in inspecting the vehicle, as well as other unethical behavior. IMHO, they are nothing but rip off artists. I will be filing complaints with Department of Public Safety, Texas Attorney General, Consumer Safety Commission and any other site I can find. I'm assuming all Mac Haik dealers do business this way because I left two messages for Terry Shields, GM over all dealerships. He has not returned my call even though I told his secretary it was about a serious issue. This whole issue could have been easily avoided had it not been for Javier, their immature, hot-headed sales manager. He wanted to stick with the story even though he knew I caught them inspecting a vehicle that should not have passed inspection. I know this because I paid a $500 deposit to take the car to my mechanic, as well as two State Inspection stations. All 3 said the car would not pass inspection in the condition it was in.
