Very poor customer service. They only care about the dollar, & not you as the customer. When you order a car they say it only takes this amount of time in order for it to get to They only care about the dollar, & not you as the customer. When you order a car they say it only takes this amount of time in order for it to get to them, but in reality they never finished completing the order according to chevrolet. Then after SEVERAL months later they keep trying to sell you a down grade from what you put money down on. Then they said oh it's still going to be built when I was specifically told that it wouldn't be since the 2025's are out. They have 0 communication skills, & will keep throwing the blame on chevrolet, & when you call chevrolet customer service they keep saying the order is not complete, & they can't do anything with an order that isn't complete. Take a chance if you like, but I know I never will. This was the worst experience ever since the "manager" states that basically nothing is on him, & he doesn't have to do anything about it. If they really cared for their customer's then they would definitely go the extra mile for the customer. At least COMMUNICATE with the customer. I would like to think that isn't to much to ask for. More
I recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Equinox and traded in my 2020 Equinox that I purchased at another Chevy dealer a few years back. Absolute Chevy had the best deal on the 2025 model of all surrounding deal my 2020 Equinox that I purchased at another Chevy dealer a few years back. Jeff was my salesman and he was very welcoming, never pushy, and only wanted to make sure I did what was right for me regardless of the outcome for the dealership. I originally worked with manager Will at another dealership and followed him to Zebulon because of his dedication to making his customers happy. Thanks Absolute Chevy for all you did to make my family happy! More

I have to say this dealership by far is the worst I have ever been too. I have purchased 23 vehicles prior from dealerships, this would have been my 24th. I had started working a deal with Jerry the night b ever been too. I have purchased 23 vehicles prior from dealerships, this would have been my 24th. I had started working a deal with Jerry the night before. That morning I received a message from Johnny and told him I would like to start working numbers and had already submitted the needed paperwork to do so. I said I was ready to purchase. Having lived about an hour and a half away I was told that would be no problem. As the day went on I had heard little to no communication from the dealership. When I woke up from my night shift I decided to follow up with still no updates. I decided to take a ride up to the dealership where prior to arrival I was told by Johnny that we were close and should have numbers any minute. When I arrived at the dealer I found the vehicle I was looking at pulled around front and when I walked in discovered another couple which I was told was interested in the vehicle and it was no longer available. I asked how this was possible considering I had already submitted everything and had been waiting all day to hear back after I was told the vehicle was available. I was never told this prior to driving up and only discovered this after a 90min drive to the dealership. They then stated, "Well nothing is final till the paperwork is done. At this point they moved the couple to an office and began bidding us against each other. Going between the both of us trying to offer payments and deals well above what we had discussed prior. After attempting running numbers a few different ways and giving me a interest rate 3 percent higher than what I purchased another 2 vehicles at less than 6months prior and only submitting to one bank they began telling me they needed money down to get a deal done. I asked what I need to put down to which Julian told me 20%. I continued to watch as we ran numbers as he went between me and the other couple. I refused to put nearly 20% down on a vehicle when my credit remained the same as prior deals, and I have never on another vehicle put down any money. When I mentioned I would not be putting cash down without even asking if I would take the vehicle at the current payment, he immediately walked to the other couple and had the salesman come tell me because I refused the vehicle was now sold. I have never been to a dealer with more rude people, less inviting and purely out for the bottom dollar and not for their customers to become repeat customers. I have never had a deal fall through when it was already being worked. I was also told I should have put a deposit on the car which I was never told prior. Then I said if I put the money down the vehicle wouldn't have been sold to which I was told that wasn't the case and they were in the showroom and I wasn't and had they sold the car prior to my arrival I would have lost my deposit. Again this is the shadiest, nastiest bunch of people I have ever dealt with, the atmosphere is pure sleezy in this dealership along with their business practices. If you know what is good for you then please go somewhere else and give someone else your hard earned money, this dealership and group of people surely don't deserve it. I will never be back!!!! More
