Please Read this Review before Considering this Dealership They own me $400.00 for items that were not done Contacted them with no results I’m a 70 year old Veteran,Don’t let this happen to you Dealership They own me $400.00 for items that were not done Contacted them with no results I’m a 70 year old Veteran,Don’t let this happen to you🇺🇸 THIS IS A TRUE REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my 70 years on this Earth,but this was the worst experience ever,Nothing But excuse after excuse,Let start from Day one when I call to check on the availability of the vehicle I was interested in,They told me it was in the detail department and would call me when ready,Two Hours later is when all went South. They called said car was ready,so I call my wife to ride with me to look at car,2hrs and 45 minutes there Drove up to the Dealership parking lot,went in and introduced myself,They said they would bring it around for me to drive,Boy was I in for a surprise,Car was not detailed,needed tires,and about nine other problems.I drove the vehicle came back told them about what I had found. They told me that they could get at those problems repaired in about 3 days,We worked at a Price that we both agreed on for them to repair the problems and Deliver the Car to me in South Carolina,This was December 17 2024 The reason for them to deliver it before the end of year was (I Was To Have Life Changing Surgery ) Didn’t heard a word for them in over 5 days,I called and left Messages for all of the Managers to call me back(Mr Melton,Mr Pugh,Mr Grant,) Not one of them called me about the Car I paid for that day,Only thing I got was a Bill of Sale,Said they would over night the title to me,never Happened,I had a signed agreement for these repairs to be done,After about 22 days and about 11 calls trying to find out what was going on,Salesman Campbell called and told me the Car wasn’t ready,I told him I was coming the next day to get car,Drove back up there to get a car I paid for in full 22 days later!! Poor Detail on Car,Maybe just washed it None of Repairs were Done,Just Excuses I know this is a lot in this review,but this is only Half of of the Story Had to wait over 2hrs in the Dealership to get my car,(All kinds of Excuses)That Day By the way the paperwork for the car that they were going to take care of was handed to me in a folder.(Remember this was supposed to be sent to me two weeks earlier Had to get my own Title,insurance,tags,Taxes myself,But they charged me $799.00 to do that work I could go on an on about my experience But Take My Advice From A 70 year old Veteran Please Don’t Let This Dealership Take Advantage Of AnyOne Else Car Deal Born 12-17-2024 Remember I’m Two Hours Forty Five Minutes Away,Should have not been Treated This Way They Still owe me $400.00 for items I didn’t get (I have written Statements for this amount! Now it’s January 31 2025 More
Very poor customer service. They only care about the dollar, & not you as the customer. When you order a car they say it only takes this amount of time in order for it to get to They only care about the dollar, & not you as the customer. When you order a car they say it only takes this amount of time in order for it to get to them, but in reality they never finished completing the order according to chevrolet. Then after SEVERAL months later they keep trying to sell you a down grade from what you put money down on. Then they said oh it's still going to be built when I was specifically told that it wouldn't be since the 2025's are out. They have 0 communication skills, & will keep throwing the blame on chevrolet, & when you call chevrolet customer service they keep saying the order is not complete, & they can't do anything with an order that isn't complete. Take a chance if you like, but I know I never will. This was the worst experience ever since the "manager" states that basically nothing is on him, & he doesn't have to do anything about it. If they really cared for their customer's then they would definitely go the extra mile for the customer. At least COMMUNICATE with the customer. I would like to think that isn't to much to ask for. More
I recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Equinox and traded in my 2020 Equinox that I purchased at another Chevy dealer a few years back. Absolute Chevy had the best deal on the 2025 model of all surrounding deal my 2020 Equinox that I purchased at another Chevy dealer a few years back. Jeff was my salesman and he was very welcoming, never pushy, and only wanted to make sure I did what was right for me regardless of the outcome for the dealership. I originally worked with manager Will at another dealership and followed him to Zebulon because of his dedication to making his customers happy. Thanks Absolute Chevy for all you did to make my family happy! More
