Honesty and Excellent Service I want to extend my gratitude toward Jezreel and the staff for their excellent customer service. In 2017 I purchased a used Nissan from a local deal I want to extend my gratitude toward Jezreel and the staff for their excellent customer service. In 2017 I purchased a used Nissan from a local dealership which had low mileage and unfortunately a ton of minor issues and headaches. Needless to say I have had several unfortunate experiences at said Nissan Dealership. I chose to stop utilizing said dealership and chose to go to an independent mechanic who had been reliable with my past vehicles. I was disheartened that I had to bring my car to be serviced as a sensor issue could not be resolved by my regular mechanic. My mechanic recommended using MyKiaNissan in Salinas. Jezreel and the staff were super nice and attentive and paid attention to what I had explained to them regarding the issue with my car. I spent minimal time there in their nice clean and spacious waiting room while he serviced my car. When he finished I was surprised with no charge which I had not been expecting. Unfortunately later that afternoon the same light went back on in my engine so I promptly called back and Jezreel told me to bring it back and he would check it, free of charge. After he checked the code, he discovered it would be a costly problem and this is when he went a step further and checked to see if I had an extended warranty. He even took the time to call and file the claim for me once we figured out it was covered within my policy. After having such bad experiences with the dealership I purchased the vehicle from it was quite refreshing to be treated with kindness and as a valued customer even though it was my first time there.
