Inept and unprofessional. Ordered an integrated cargo liner for the third row and back cargo area. I originally ordered the part online but ordered the wrong part, that was on me. Service rep ordered t liner for the third row and back cargo area. I originally ordered the part online but ordered the wrong part, that was on me. Service rep ordered the "right part". Came back when part came in. Waited 1.5 hours for install. They laid an all-weather mat down over my WeatherTech mat. Took them 1.5 hours for that....seriously. Asked why it took so long to put a mat in (even though it was the wrong item) and I was told that there were so many other people there. Then why make appointments?!? The lack of knowledge by both the service department and the service representative is mind-blowing and the customer service is horrendous. Took 25 minutes for a refund. Manager just sat in his office while I complained, didn't bother to come address the situation. Deserves less than one star. More
