MINI of the Main Line - Service Center

In for a state inspection and issue with clutch slipping. Always up front about costs and service needed, but seems to be on the expensive side for Mini repairs in general. I have owned a mini now for several years and this is the worst service I have ever received. the car was returned to me dirty, nor washed nor vacuumed.
