It’s a small and busy dealership with excellent customer service. Barry explained the services and costs related to our vehicle before proceeding. The staff was not very friendly, and I never felt like that actually cared about my concerns. They were very short with my father and I, and also seemed annoyed when we had questions about the diagnosis a that actually cared about my concerns. Dealership had the parts for the repair available and I didn’t need a return visit. Service Advisor was courteous, kept me updated frequently, and was able to answer all my technical questions. One downside is a loaner vehicle needs to be scheduled in advance. More
My air conditioner stopped working right before a planned vacation, staff responded by fitting me in.
