MINI of the Main Line - Service Center

I brought my MINI in with a bad ecu/dme (still under warranty). The service department tried to sell me on rebuilding my valvetronic system ($3,500) and pay for a new DME ($2,500), telling me they would warranty). The service department tried to sell me on rebuilding my valvetronic system ($3,500) and pay for a new DME ($2,500), telling me they would not honor the warranty. I noped my car out of there to an independent mini specialist, replaced the DME with a refurbished unit and 1 fuze and 2 relays later my car is running again. More

Very good service. Kept me informed with price & provided a ride to & from work. Went out of his way in order for me to use a gift card I received from mini for previous service. Service representative appears over worked and perhaps burnt out. Several times I was told that they would get back to me by the end of the day and no one did.
