The customer service is horrible! ! Even after requesting it, I got no communication about the condition of my car, no information about when it would be ready, and when I finally cal ! Even after requesting it, I got no communication about the condition of my car, no information about when it would be ready, and when I finally called 4 days after my appointment, I was made to feel like somehow the non communication was my fault. Hopefully the work I waited 5 days for (that I’ve had them do before - an inspection and oil change - that in the past has taken them 3 hours to complete) is okay, but I am dubious. To top it off, they “washed” my car and it was dirtier when I picked it up than when I dropped it off… All in all, with the way I was treated and the visual condition of my car, I do not trust that the work completed was of any quality.
