Unexpected and always scary engine light My engine light came on, which is always scary, especially when the dealer is an hour away... Otto's was able to get me in immediately on a Saturday a My engine light came on, which is always scary, especially when the dealer is an hour away... Otto's was able to get me in immediately on a Saturday and hooked me up with a loader car. Fortunately they were able to diagnose the issue and resolve all in several hours. Even better the parts that needed replacing were under extended warranty and the whole visit did not cost me anything. Preston the service manager and Kyle who did the work, were awesome. The service they provided was outstanding and for someone who is a worrier, I felt very well taken care of. Thank you for a great experience that ended way better than I expected! More

Super Service - Most Awesome Melissa this was a most awesome experience. from the drop-off. I drove in having scheduled and anticipating to wait for my vehicle; however after a brief co this was a most awesome experience. from the drop-off. I drove in having scheduled and anticipating to wait for my vehicle; however after a brief conversation with Melissa I was informed and convinced I would be much more comfortable taking a loaner vehicle until my services (new tires, new brakes, antenna, plugs, wires, and oil change) were complete. the loaner was sitting there awaiting and Melissa had me in the car and on the road in a matter of minutes. the IM notification of services was quite unique and very useful and easy. last at pickup, when I arrived they swiftly took the loaner vehicle and walked me straight to the checkout counter and my paperwork was already sitting on the counter waiting for me to arrive. after payment I walked back out and the car was ready with keys in and waiting for me to drive away. as stated - Super Service. thanks Melissa. Eye candy in the waiting room! We have all been there, waiting in the waiting room looking at the new cars... then sitting in the new car , and viola you are talking about differen We have all been there, waiting in the waiting room looking at the new cars... then sitting in the new car , and viola you are talking about different cars and the features... Forget the fact that you were only in for service of your 2013 Cooper S.... but ended up going home in a 2017 that you just had to have. This is the second MINI i have purchased from Otto's and WILL continue. From the moment I walked in the door, to the time I left, I was given a feeling that i was not "just" a customer. I felt to be part of the Otto's family. The world needs more people who are as nice as Otto's MINI employees. Their employees actually care about their customers satisfaction during and after the sale. In today's world that caring is priceless. Sales and Maintenance Exceed Expectations at Otto’s MINI Recent Maintenance performed by Otto’s MINI was superb - - but first I will summarize some details that led to our purchase of a new 2011 MINI Hardtop Recent Maintenance performed by Otto’s MINI was superb - - but first I will summarize some details that led to our purchase of a new 2011 MINI Hardtop and a new 2012 MINI Cooper Countryman All4 at Otto’s. When my wife and I began to research MINI Dealerships, we focused on Virginia (where we live), Maryland, and Pennsylvania. One of the significant issues that arose to our delight was that Otto’s MINI was the only MINI Dealership that we found to have established a firm European Culture throughout the organization. Since we lived in Germany for four years in the early 1980s, we treasure the cultures that we were exposed to and experienced, and were delighted to witness a similar experience at Otto’s. Not only was Otto’s very hospitality, and non-pressure, oriented (for sales, service, etc.), but they also were what I call “transparent” when it comes to Maintenance. It happens to be the only MINI Dealership that we found that invites customers to walk along a wide brick indoor sidewalk (behind a safety railing) for the entire length of the Maintenance Shop for as long as they wish, while they wait for their auto service to be completed. Now, for my most recent visit for Maintenance, I am very pleased with the quality of work, hospitality, and overall atmosphere of competence for both of our MINIs. I continue to be very pleased with support at Otto’s and have been blessed with maintenance results that far exceed expectations. Woody from Annandale, VA More
