Maintenance and repair of cracked wheel. Overall a great experience. Mini was very accommodating with the loaner given the impending storm. Two Thumbs Up! I recently had a new transmission installed into my mini by a local garage and it was starting to squeal in 4th gear. Also had a recall on my power st I recently had a new transmission installed into my mini by a local garage and it was starting to squeal in 4th gear. Also had a recall on my power steering so I took my car to Otto's to be serviced. They took care of the recall and replaced my transmission at NO cost to me! Plus, they gave me a 2018 convertible Mini S to drive till my car was done! Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, highly recommend this place if you have a Mini that needs serviced or are looking to purchase one. This place gets two thumbs up!!! More
