Great Communication I have never been to Otto's Mini for service and it was far better than the dealership where we have our other cars serviced. Scheduled mantainance Due for oil change, checked brakes (needed rear) . Excellent Customer Service I brought my Mini Cooper s Countryman in for a State Inspection (my first service visit to Ott's Mini) and during intake I vaguely described a creakin I brought my Mini Cooper s Countryman in for a State Inspection (my first service visit to Ott's Mini) and during intake I vaguely described a creaking sound I'd noticed during turning and going over uneven ground. Later, when my car was ready, I discovered that Otto's Mini took my comment very seriously--their examination of the car identified a strut mount as the culprit, which they will replace under warranty when the part comes in. Talk about a good first impression! These folks are terrific. More
