Otto's Mini has been nothing short of amazing Since my first experience with Otto's, I have been hooked. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. The sole Mini service guy, Preston, was very pleasant but is clearly overburdened. I really don't have a gripe about him other than the text saying my car was ready went to a land line. The cell was clearly stated on the service record. It took an extra day and two calls along with some insistence to get a person to tell me the car was ready. All this can be corrected when proper staffing is resumed after the move is fully implemented. Most significantly, the pleasant, service oriented treatment at old Mini was completely lacking. At dropping off I was left standing in the drop off zone for 10+/- minutes with no seating area or attention paid. The same occurred during pick up, although the attentive checkout gal did point out a refreshment stand. You have a ways to go to make the costumer feel as valued as was flawlessly the case at old Mini in Exton. More
