Inspection, oil change and ding repair As you read this keep in mind that I reside mostly in Cape May NJ and had this app scheduled for about 1-2 months in advance as I have to plan to dri As you read this keep in mind that I reside mostly in Cape May NJ and had this app scheduled for about 1-2 months in advance as I have to plan to drive back and stay over a day or two for the service. Usually I am quite pleased with your service, but the last time I was in there were several issues with the service. I dropped my car off and was given a loaner, it was only going to take a couple of hours. After about 2 hrs,I received a text stating that the car was finished... when in fact it was not, I know that because as I was driving back to pick up my car I received a phone call, which I did not hear immediately, that stated to forget the last text , the car was not finished. When I called back , my call was never answered so I just continued to return to Ottos.. When my car was delivered I immediately noticed that the ding was repaired but not painted. I thought then when I asked for a repair it was understood that the ding and the minor paint job would be completed. When cars need body work is it necessary to explain that a repair AND a paint job are required? I do not think so. I was told that there was no paint of my car color in stock and that it would be sent to me. This was not ideal for me as I am not skilled in auto body repair. Additionally, when I got there I was told that they did not have time to wash my car, so I explained I had plenty of time and could wait. Only then was my car washed. After I left the dealership many lights and warning signals came on the dash and I had to bring it back in the next day to have them reset. Finally after that, I drove back to Cape May, and once I arrived my friend and I decided to go out in my car. He drove and he immediately noticed the hood of my car looked as if it were moving. He pulled over to the side of the road and realized the hood was not securely closed. When he and I realized that I had traveled approximately 100 miles via the AC Expressway and Garden State Parkway going on ave 75 mph with an unsecured hood we were horrified thinking of the devastation that could have occurred. So this time, I am not pleased with your service and I am a bit shaken by the experience. Thank you Eloise Boccella More
Disappointing Appointment Service advisor was fine. 1) Had to beg for an appointment within 10 days to handle tire with screws. 2) Dealer unable to provide a loaner even th Service advisor was fine. 1) Had to beg for an appointment within 10 days to handle tire with screws. 2) Dealer unable to provide a loaner even though vehicle AND tire under warranty. 3) Appointment was lost when I arrived. If I had not had email confirmation, they would not have serviced car. 4) Tire warranty requires me to pay and submit for reimbursement, not covered by dealer. More

Preston has been nothing but great with my 2nd Mini since I purchased it back in 2 I've been a loyal Mini driver and Otto's customer for over 8 years. Preston has been nothing but great with my 2nd Mini since I purchased it back in 2015. I always trust that that my car is in good hands whenever I bring it in for service and wouldn't even think twice about taking it anywhere else. Even when I'm in a bind Preston & the Otto's service department has always been able to accommodate for my needs and put my worries at ease. My car still drives as smooth as the first day I got it.
