Poor start, nice enough finish I've had my Mini Countryman serviced at Otto's since buying it in early 2015. This was the first time I was unhappy with the service experience. Maybe I've had my Mini Countryman serviced at Otto's since buying it in early 2015. This was the first time I was unhappy with the service experience. Maybe it's not an accident that it coincides with my first service visit to the new location in WC. It started with a very confusing list of recommendations that I had to approve / decline. First, I had to approve or decline the loaner which I had already driven home. (???) First time for that one. Then it stated they corrected the erroneous front tire pressure warning indicator even though I needed new front tires. (Why do I have to approve that and why is that even on the list?) Then it says they couldn't find my registration and insurance in the car. But the very first thing that happened on my arrival is that I was greeted by a young woman who asked for both. I handed them to her and she went away and came back after a few minutes, presumably having copied them. By that time my car had been moved from the staging area. It was VERY inconvenient to have to scan them and create a password-protected PDF and email that so they could proceed with the work... knowing, as I did, that the copy was probably sitting on a desk in the office. This was the first time I didn't find Preston to be friendly. He did not apologize for the inconvenience. He did not say, "Wait a minute. Let me ask someone." Later on when I arrived to pick up the car he was friendly, however. And I am once again happy with the service they performed. But this was definitely not a smooth service visit and it left me with a bad feeling. More

Recommended Best Service in the area The dealership was very accommodating in providing me service in a last minute emergency situation. My vehicle is my only means of transportation, an The dealership was very accommodating in providing me service in a last minute emergency situation. My vehicle is my only means of transportation, and the engine went into "limp mode", so I could not drive my Mini any longer being in this state. The dealer was able to get me into the shop last minute/ day of calling. I arrived and they gave me a loner car til my car was fixed. I drove the loaner car at no additional cost. I received a text, a vehicle report and score, and the underlying issues with my vehicle. I spoke to Preston on the phone about any concerns. I then picked up my vehicle. He showed me how to check a few things, and threw in a quart of oil since he knew I drove ALOT. By far best Mini Dealership to go to in the area! However, I do really believe there should be another dealer located in Mechanicsburg, PA area. Mini's Otto is the closest one to me- at one hour and 40 mins away. More

Easy and smooth experience Getting our Mini serviced here was easy and smooth - dropped off the car and was able to sit around in their showroom and do some work while I waited. Getting our Mini serviced here was easy and smooth - dropped off the car and was able to sit around in their showroom and do some work while I waited. The facilities are nice and I'd happily do it again. Preston was super friendly in particular, and efficient - no mucking around and overall it was a great experience. Only thing that would put a cherry on top is a bit more of a clean of the car. More

Inspection I arranged to wait for my vehicle as I live 90+ minutes away. My vehicle was taken in at the arranged time and a review of the expected services comm I arranged to wait for my vehicle as I live 90+ minutes away. My vehicle was taken in at the arranged time and a review of the expected services commenced. I had a nice waiting area to perform my paperwork so I did lose work time. Preston came to me and gave an update on my vehicle along with suggested future service. I was departing from service just two hours after I put in for oil change, inspection, scheduled maintenance and spare tire check. More
