Excellent service experience. Preston took care of warranty package that was not previously applied for Breakpad replacement. Only downside is i wish the service center was closer to my house whic warranty package that was not previously applied for Breakpad replacement. Every Mini owner I asked told me to go to Otto's I just bought my first Mini (2006 Mini S John Player Works) from an owner in Maryland after a year-long search.
