As always, Preston was great. Loaner was ready and car was finished at the early end of his estimate. Even though it was a rainy day, our Mini was washed and ready to roll when we came to pick it up. Preston is great . However, when I dropped my car off and tried to confirm that the work would be finished that day, as I was promised on the phone, the person who ch .
