There wasnt much bargining but i knew that going into the brand. Holly was was easy to talk to, very quick with answers, and honest. I never felt like i was talking to a salesperson. I would 100% return to Holly @ Ottos for another MINI. The car sells itself but having Holly on its side certainly does not hurt its case. More
