I have always wanted a Mini. My husband and I decided to take a ride to Inskip on a whim and "just look". We were greeted by Donna Keane who showed us the different models of cars. She asked if we wanted to test drive and that was it. Once I drove the car I knew I would own one. However, even though Donna saw my enthusiasm (I actually drove two cars that day), there was no pressure, no pushiness, no "if you leave now the deal won't go through". Donna was helpful through the entire process without being bothersome. She continues to always be available for questions and is certainly going to be recommended by me as someone you should go to see if you want to buy a car. She is fabulous and made the buy experience very nice and stress free. Great dealership, great salesperson in Donna and definitely a great little car! More
Donna was terrific! I have a very strong aversion to sales people, especially car sales people, and most of all car salesMEN. So I was delighted to meet a tall, friendly, professional but non-aggressive sales people, especially car sales people, and most of all car salesMEN. So I was delighted to meet a tall, friendly, professional but non-aggressive woman who was happy to answer my questions but didn't push. I didn't buy the car on my first visit. Or even my second. And in the end, I preferred to do the final negotiation by phone and Donna was fine with that too. I would recommend Donna, and the manager Manny Sheik (nice as male car salespeople go :-) highly. We just bought our first MINI today and we love it already. The entire process was just what it should have been. From the very beginning Donna was pleasant, professional, and never pushy. When we got down to serious discussions she was honest, direct and she seemed like she was on our side. She returned phone calls and emails promptly and was very helpful as we considered all of our options--including car options and financing options. If she didn't know the answer to one of our questions, (which didn't happen often) she would go and get the answer right then. I would recommend Donna and Inskip to any of my friends. More
My experience at Inskip Mini was completely stress-free. Donna Keane was an absolute joy to work with. We had such a good experience with the service department with our first MINI, we came back to purchase a certified used MINI. Manny and Donna were great, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. Jessica was superb as I purchased a new Clubman. We were so pleased with the dealership and Jessica Splendorio, that we had my 80 yr old mother purchase a new Mini as well. A very dear friend of mine had a 2003 Mini and just traded it in for a 2009 Clubman "S". I had been looking for a hardtop Cooper "S". He told me about his experience with Inskip and Jessica Splendorio traded it in for a 2009 Clubman "S". I had been looking for a hardtop Cooper "S". He told me about his experience with Inskip and Jessica Splendorio at Inskip.I tried buying one from a Hartford Ct dealership but in my opinion they did not seem interested in selling me one. I went to see Jessica and told her what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the Mini and very professional. She always returned phone calls and emails and wanted to do her best to help put me in a Cooper "S". I now have Pepper White Cooper "S" thanks to Jessica. Also I had to bring the Cooper back two times for some minor service and dealt with Geoff in the service department. What a credit he is to the Inskip Mini service department. More
