I have recently bought a mini cooper JCW from this location. The drive took me 3 hours but it was well worth it, not just because I bought my dream car, but because I was lucky enough to have been location. I have purchased cars from several dealers in my life, some good and some bad but I can honestly say I was impressed for the 1st time with the entire experience. Very new clean facility, large selection and professional people make a very customer centric environment. You really get the feeling they want to sell you the right car not just any car. Maybe that's the difference. Either way if you're looking for a Mini even at another dealership you owe it to yourself to give them a look. More

I am a 31 year old man and have bought 4 cars since I was 16, that being said, this was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a car. My wife and I first went to the dealership on a Sunday nigh 16, that being said, this was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a car. My wife and I first went to the dealership on a Sunday night to see what they had on the lot. There were 2-3 sales gentlemen working that night, but not one of them hounded or followed us as we looked. They each just said hello and to let them know if we needed anything as we passed them at different times. The cars are left unlocked so you can feel free to open them up and sit in them without having to go find a salesman to let you in. When we had found a car we were interested in we were approached and asked if we needed help. Nathaniel our sales counselor ask if we had any questions or wanted to take the car out for a spin, no pressure. That was the extent of their sales pitch. We loved the car and bought three days later. Eveyone was very easy going and nice, they set prices by Kelley Blue Book, so you know they are not ripping you off, and not having to haggle is nice as well. Overall just a great experience. More

I was on my USAA site recommends dealerships, and found MINI of Valencia. I went ahead and clicked the contact me when I found a MINI that was quite reasonable in price. Their sales man Gidomer contacted MINI of Valencia. I went ahead and clicked the contact me when I found a MINI that was quite reasonable in price. Their sales man Gidomer contacted me and was very pleasant on the phone. We made arrangements to meet up and discuss the countryman at 6pm. The whole experience with Gidomer was very nice. No sales pressure, no hard sell, no negotiating the price and even gave me more on my trade in than was recommended. The finance guy was also very nice and had a great sense of humor. He didn't try to pressure sell extras and got me out in a very reasonable time. After leaving the dealership, I realized I forgot my garage door opener and Gidomer drove the hour to my house to deliver it that night. What great service! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Thank you so much! I woohoo-ed all the way home in my awesome MINI countryman. Sarah More

This dealership was amazing! Found the car I wanted, it was painless, didn't really have to do much, it wasn't pressured...I just kind of sat there and relaxed!
