Service Makes The Dealership I have owned several different vehicles, with wide range of experiences with service departments. It is the service department at Mini Of Townson tha I have owned several different vehicles, with wide range of experiences with service departments. It is the service department at Mini Of Townson that sold me on the brand from day one. My Service Advisor, Alan Rolocut make me feel like I am the only customer that he has. I feel like he cares as much about the service of my vehicle as I do. What I realize is that he probably makes all the customers feel this way. A service technician can either make or break a dealership, no doubt in mind Alan makes Mini of Towson the dealership of choice for me. More
