Always great customer Service As always I have had nothing but positive experiences with Mini of Baltimore Service. This time was no exception. I called to set up the appointment As always I have had nothing but positive experiences with Mini of Baltimore Service. This time was no exception. I called to set up the appointment for Wednesday 9 May, and when Yoni Baron heard my situation (engine light on) he said they could get me in on Saturday (5 May 12:30 PM). I left Columbia early because I was unsure pf traffic and wanted to give myself time for a slow commute. I arrived at 11:30 and Yoni greeted me and got me checked in early. After the diagnosis he came to me and explained my options and even gave me time to discuss it with my wife. This was greatly appreciated. Your staffs professionalism and friendliness are the reason I keep coming back to Mini of Baltimore. Thanks, Dave L. More

Yoni's calm and pleasant personality puts you at ease the minute you sit down with him to discuss your Mini's service. He does an excellent job explaining the service to be performed. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Mini service and I trust his expertise 100%. I have purchased 3 Mini Coopers from Mini of Baltimore and while they have an excellent, knowledgable and friendly sales team (special kudos to Jeff Testerman), it is reassuring to have such a qualified service department who I can turn to for help with maintaining my Mini Cooper. So yes, a big thank you to Mini of Baltimore and Yoni Barron for keeping my Mini well cared for. But wait there's more...The same friendly and courteous service extends to the receptionist/cashier, who always greets you with a smile, to Eric Bentz in the parts department for always going the extra mile to help with ordering Mini accessories and everyone at MofB who make the dealership an inviting, clean and comfortable place to hang out! Engine Service It was three weeks ago from this coming Friday that my wife came home after work with her Mini Clubman telling me that the engine icon had shown up on It was three weeks ago from this coming Friday that my wife came home after work with her Mini Clubman telling me that the engine icon had shown up on her service dial and was indicating that there were emission exhaust problems. This was around 4:30 p.m. and I immediately called Mini of Baltimore and talked with Allen Rolocut. I explained the problem to him and he asked if someone could bring the car in first thing the following morning which my wife did. Very shortly after my wife arrived the car was analyzed and the problem found. However, a part was needed that would not be in until that following Wednesday. Without hesitation, Allen arranged a loaner for my wife and she was able to drive home and continue to work at her job without interruption. Allen contacted us on Wednesday, said that the part arrived and that the car was fixed, and we could pick the car up at our convenience. Picking the car up at our convenience is very important to us, because we live about an hour away. So, I was able to pick the car up that Friday and drove home without a problem. What must be emphasized here is that, all of our service for our Mini Clubman has been done at Mini of Baltimore, and what I just wrote in the review is typical of how Mini and Allen Rolocut have always treated us. They're the best! More

They could have told me that I was beat and had to buy a key for 200.00 dollars. He did a full diagnostic inspection and determined that this was a warranty related repair, even going as far as providing an Uber both ways. I am very appreciative.
