Allen is the best in customer service! I've been a Mini leaser/owner since 2009. Allen has been my service provider for the last 9 years. He always takes care of me, answers calls/voice mails in record speed, is extremely informative, is conscientious/mindful of the money I spend, remembers me, etc. etc. etc. I could go on and on. In some cases, far more often. In all those trips over the many years, Mini of Baltimore has stood out for their friendliness, respect, and for always striving to go the extra mile. Allen Rolocutt, in particular, is by far, the best Service Advisor I have ever worked with. He is friendly and courteous, of course, but also has an empathy and understanding of the frustrating circumstances often faced by customers. I wish I could run into Allen at all the dealerships I visit for service. More
