He takes care to make sure that warranties and such are current and applicable, and keeps you up to date with the service of the vehicle (what is the problem, how long it will take to repair, the expected cost, etc.). I also like the way the treats you like a friend, not just a customer, and have observed this behavior with everyone he helps..
