Of course with going to a dealership for service, you are going to pay more, but I do always feel its worth it and not worried about having the issues later down the road. They are even willing to look at your vehicle again after you drive it to verify that everything is good to go. More

You Feel Like Part of the Mini Family I have to say that, in general, no one likes taking their care in for repairs or service, but I've always had a great experience at Mini of Baltimore, I have to say that, in general, no one likes taking their care in for repairs or service, but I've always had a great experience at Mini of Baltimore, and especially with Jonathan (Yoni). Whether it's been 1 month or 8 since my last visit, I'm always greeted by name and with a smile and handshake, and feel like I'm part of the Mini family. Yoni is always so helpful to make sure my experience is as stress-free as possible, explains recommended maintenance items to me, but I never feel pressured to make purchases that aren't necessary. I always take my Mini here for service, even though it's at least a 45-minute drive each way I always feel welcome and well taken care of. More

I like Mini of Baltimore I've had my Mini Cooper for 6 years, and had all of its service done at Mini of Baltimore. My Service Advisor, Jonathan Baron, is great. I always fee I've had my Mini Cooper for 6 years, and had all of its service done at Mini of Baltimore. My Service Advisor, Jonathan Baron, is great. I always feel like I know exactly what is going on with repairs and maintenance. At times, when recommended repairs have cost more than I could afford, he helped me prioritize which repairs had to be done, and which ones could wait. I feel like I can trust him, and he takes good care of me and my Mini. More

It has redefined for me what such an experience can and should be. The majority of my interactions have been with Jonathan Baron (Yoni) in the service department. He is incredibly friendly and professional, and honestly a good person. He has made the maintenance on my vehicle a stress free endeavor, even when I have driven in with complicated issues to repair (I am not kind to my Mini). My wife said just yesterday she would happily get a job there just to work with him. I don’t blame her! I may not always own my current Mini, but the next time I buy a car, Mini of Baltimore County will undoubtedly be my first stop. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff there.
