Was greeted by Yoni upon my arrival and he kept me up to date throughout the whole process. They didn’t have the parts needed to complete my brakes within a day so they provided a loaner at no cost to me. Not only that, but they let me choose the car! Not many places would provide a loaner let alone let you choose the kind of loaner you got. I highly recommend Mini of Towson’s service center. I would use them again in a heartbeat. More

I am constantly tweaking my 2009 Mini Cooper Clu Professional & Knowledgeable Service – My Cooper’s Trustworthy Best Friends - Mini of Baltimore !!!!! I am constantly tweaking my 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S trying is get every ounce of horse power and the up-most efficiency from my Cooper. I've relied on Allen's knowledge to help allow me make the right decision as I improve the overall performance. I just replaced my clutch assembly and up-graded to the JCW clutch assembly instead of the standard O&M clutch or any aftermarket high performance clutch. With Allen's experience and advice with Mini Coopers, I couldn't go wrong, I made the decision, performed market research and had Mini of Baltimore install the JCW clutch assembly and what a difference it made driving my cooper. I enjoy working and talking with Allen and to the technicians at Mini of Baltimore about my Cooper - I've always have had a excellent experience and Allen is always very knowledgeable and professional !
