Thank you to Allen Rolocut I am a returning Mini owner, coming back to Mini of Baltimore. The service staff are wonderful. I recently had a Click & Drive installed in my new Mini, and Allen Rolocut could not have been nicer. He arranged the installation for a time and date that worked for both me and Mini, and made sure that I was able to have a loaner while the work was completed. Allen is always pleasant and helpful. Excellent, expedient, and satisfactory service! My car was totally disabled while running errands and had to be towed to the Mini Service Center in Towson. My car was stuck in "PARK" and I could not My car was totally disabled while running errands and had to be towed to the Mini Service Center in Towson. My car was stuck in "PARK" and I could not remove my key from the ignition (I have a 2010 MINI which requires a key to be inserted in the ignition.) I could not put it in REVERSE" or "DRIVE". I called my regular service agent (Allen) and left a message explaining what had happened and that I was on my way. Unbeknownst to me, Allen was out of the office but he had received my voicemail message and called Yoni to take care of me! (Kudos to Allen for great customer service!) Yoni called me right back to let me know he would be taking care of my problem. Yoni checked my car and immediately determined what the problem was. He explained the problem, how much it would cost to repair and how long it would take. It was a simple matter to fix, but the part was not available and it would take another day to complete the repair. So I would not be inconvenienced ( I needed transportation during the repair), Yoni ordered a loaner car for me to drive until the repairs could be completed. Yoni called later me later to let me know another more serious and more expensive problem had been discovered (which he explained thoroughly) and advised that to ensure safe driving, additional repairs were recommended. He quoted how much the additional repairs would cost and how much longer it would take. I was pleased that the total cost of all the repairs were within my budget and that the repairs were made expeditiously. I received my car just two days later! Yoni was extremely helpful and personable and took care of me and my car beyond my expectations! It was a pleasure having this experience with him. More

Joni put the 3 quarts I needed in himself and made sure I would be safe for my trip. Joni always takes care of my mini and can accommodate my frantic schedule. I love the Mini Cooper.i have my eye on a new one and maybe one day it will be mine. Thank goodness for Joni and his concistant realiable attitude . More

I drive over an hour and 20 minutes and gladly take the extra time to come to Mini of Baltimore and Yoni'. He has been consistent, reliable, competent, organized ,authentic and a joy to see. Compassion for frustration Sometimes anomalous things happen and the service staff are confronted with the brunt of it. I experienced an impairment of the auxiliary radiator of my very young Countryman. Needless to say, this non-warranty casualty was irritating and frustrating. It also occurred 150 miles from the dealership and required a sequence of tows and many hours to arrive for assistance. This is the challenge I presented to Yoni. He was patient and compassionate. He took the additional time to lament the event and explain how it could occur. He accomplished the repair quickly and on the budget he quoted. He made a difficult experience as easy and smooth as possible. That's no small feat; it's easy to be your best self when giving a customer a covered oil and filter change. I couldn't recommend Yoni more highly. More

Since we moved I called and scheduled time with Yoni and the team. When I arrived Yoni let me know that the other dealership was off by a couple of months and it wasn't technically ready for service. This is where most dealers would just send you on your way. But then Yoni said, "While you're here, why don't we top off your fluids, and give your Mini a bath." It was a small thing but it went a long way. Oh and by the way when they were running through the review they found a nail in the tire and fixed that right up as well. We are looking forward to going back in a few months when we are actually due for service. Thanks Yoni and team! More
