Do not lease from them, they will not honor the extended warranty, they will scam you into having work done with them which actually becomes an inflated price. They neglect to inform you the truth about your lease. I'm done...it was a good run while it lasted. I don't need to spend thousands of dollars and be treated as a pion!!! More

Since my warranty had expired the month before, they pleaded my case with Mini, and I ended up getting the $3,000 job covered. They gave me a brand new loaner while they worked on my car for a few days. When it was ready, I told them I was worried about driving back in the snow, so they let me keep the loaner for another day. I can't say enough about what a great dealership this is. I am on my second Mini, and I am sure I will buy another when it's time. More

Without fail he takes care of me and my MINI with a welcome smile. I feel like Royalty when I'm there. Last visit I picked up my car just as the dealership was closing. Despite the late hour he gave me a little lesson, including hand drawn pictures, in automotive engineering as it pertained to to my cars preventative service. That was much appreciated and really above the call of duty. More
