I found Allen at Baltimore M I absolutely love the service here! After buying my Mini in Annapolis, I never thought I’d be excited to get it serviced. I found Allen at Baltimore Mini and this has been my go to guy ever since! I’ve never had anything short of exceptional service. If I have any issue I can pick up the phone and get an appointment right away. That’s wonderful because it’s usually a last minute call. I have the Priority One service plan and it has been worth every penny. Allen puts me in a gorgeous loaner as to not disrupt my day and I’m on my way while getting to trial some of the new Minis that catch my eye. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure it’s a good experience and I get the most out of the service plan. My favorite is picking up my car and knowing it has been washed, vacuumed, and looked over top to bottom... they even change my wiper blades when they are streaking. Love this place—it’s the only place I fully trust checking over my car! More
