My sister and her husband, who live in Connecticut, drove to Maryland for the weekend (Jan 11th & 12th) to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday. On their way back home on Sunday, they encountered issues with to Maryland for the weekend (Jan 11th & 12th) to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday. On their way back home on Sunday, they encountered issues with their Mini and arranged to drop it off at MINI of Towson, located at 720 Kenilworth Drive, Towson, MD 21204. They continued their journey home in a rental car. During the week, they worked with Justin at MINI of Towson and were highly impressed with the outstanding service he provided. By Thursday (Jan 16th) the Mini was ready for pickup. My wife and I offered to retrieve the car, but due to traffic, we realized we wouldn’t arrive until 15 minutes after the dealership's closing time. We called MINI of Towson and spoke with Justin, who assured us he would stay late to ensure we could collect the car. When we arrived, Justin greeted us with professionalism and warmth. His willingness to go above and beyond, combined with his friendly and professional demeanor, truly exemplifies exceptional customer service. The outstanding service Justin provided deserves special recognition. More

Went for regular service and they were very clear and upfront about all work. The video review from the mechanic was excellent. Went in for 4 wheel alignment and alarm activation (software coding only) and am very satisfied with the level of service provided. Inspected wear items; however, no service was required during the v (software coding only) and am very satisfied with the level of service provided. The service experience was fast and our service advisor was pleasant and easy to work with. We did receive someone else's receipt via email which is concerning. When the car was returned to us our fuse boa was pleasant and easy to work with. We did receive someone else's receipt via email which is concerning. When the car was returned to us our fuse board was hanging below the dashboard. We asked for it to be fixed and it was temporarily stuck in the dashboard just to fall again an hour later. Considering the prices that the dealership is charging, I would expect the quality of work to be at a higher standard. More
