Got us approved again at the same rate from first time, plus additional 1000$ off, and It was the finance manager. Got us approved then fell through. I was not informed that the oil change would take so long. The waiting area was nice but I was there an hour and a half. I showed the lady checking me in some chips in my paint. She told me they no long long. The waiting area was nice but I was there an hour and a half. I showed the lady checking me in some chips in my paint. She told me they no longer have paint pens but she would show them to the tech and see what they could do. I never heard anything after that. They did wash my car it looked very nice.
