They had the car for 2.5 hours (from scheduled appointment time) for an oil change, multi-point inspection and recall fix, which we knew took 2 hour They had the car for 2.5 hours (from scheduled appointment time) for an oil change, multi-point inspection and recall fix, which we knew took 2 hours. Got us approved again at the same rate from first time, plus additional 1000$ off, and It was the finance manager. Got us approved then fell through.
