Dishonest, Lying, Lazy Dealership. Drove 3.5 hours for a truck and had an appoitment. It was confirmed multple times. At time of arrival I saw 3-4 employees at a desk joking around. I aske a female employee for nick she said shell get him. 20 mins later he gets up from the joking around table and greets me. I had an appointment, he saw me walk in and continued to ignore me till he was ready. Then approached me like I was his bro. Then spent another 20 mins looking for the truck key and another 15 getting the truck. What was the point of having an appointment. The service was horrible. I spend all day waiting to sign paperwork, while nick and other workers joked around at the manager desk and went outside to vape. Keep im in mind im waiting this whole time. They told me they are waiting for finance to finish with other cusotomer so I can sign. Hours later Hunter (whos been sitting around and talked to me a few times) comes with tablet to sign papers. This could have been done hours ago. The truck. I was informed all maintenance and inspections were done and no issues. I only drove to dealership to home. maybe 250 miles. I changed the oil and fuel filers to find them jet black. blackstone oil sample said oil had more than 10k miles on it and engine had signs of breakdown from brass and metal. To reset in 6k miles. This should be warrantied. 5 weeks later im still waiting for my plates and keys. Do not deal with this dealer unless you want to wait for hours to be kicked around and purchase a crap vehicle that will break on you AFTER its purchased. More

A recent accident with our 2023 MINI Cooper left us with a cracked oil pan. When I called the service department looking for help, Selene was kind, sympathetic and helpful! She helped me make arrangements to have the vehicle towed (they have an afterhours drop box for keys!) and explained the whole process (diagnostics, plan, whether or not insurance needed to be filed, etc). She followed up during the time the MINI was there, always providing details, estimates and even prompting the insurance adjuster when he failed to contact them. Selene and everyone else at the dealership made an unfortunate incident tolerable and as painless as possible. I love this dealership! More

I was a little disappointed. They had the car for 2.5 hours (from scheduled appointment time) for an oil change, multi-point inspection and recall fix, which we knew took 2 hour They had the car for 2.5 hours (from scheduled appointment time) for an oil change, multi-point inspection and recall fix, which we knew took 2 hours.
