Sold them a vehicle 31 days ago, they mailed the payoff to the wrong bank. They refuse to mail a new check to the correct bank until the funds are received back from the wrong bank. The Service Department was outstanding! Kept me informed as to what was going on and what was found and worked with me to get everything done while I waited.
