Found my 2005 Honda Element over the weekend and inquired about it. My sales consultant, Jose, held the vehicle for me until I could come look at it after work. I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle befo about it. My sales consultant, Jose, held the vehicle for me until I could come look at it after work. I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle before I even arrived, but the customer service was great! A smooth transaction and a few hours later, I was on my way. Loving my car, and even though I had a minor issue with a possible fuse being out in the car, I promptly called and let them know the situation and it is being taken care of in the next few days. Another display of putting the customer first. Buying a used car is just that…used, but Jose and everyone at the Mini of The Woodlands dealership put the customer first.
