First things first, my wife and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. We live approximately 3 hours away from "Mini of The Woodlands" but that didn't stop Senior Sales Advisor Brian f for a better car buying experience. We live approximately 3 hours away from "Mini of The Woodlands" but that didn't stop Senior Sales Advisor Brian from being responsive and accommodating from the moment I reached out about purchasing a vehicle. He kept me updated with the shipping times/process as well as making sure my mini came with everything I asked for. The actual buying process was hassle free as Brian had the ball rolling as soon as we made it to the dealer location. It was very nice having someone who felt like a fan of people being able to get the vehicle they love. A great experience with great staff that ended with me getting the car I've been wanting for a long time now. More

The person I had been corresponding with was not in the office but I received help and I couldn’t get the car I wanted but they worked with me to get me into a car that day.
