We had a blown Turbo on our Mini. Let us know it was still under warranty ( we didn't know that) Replaced it completely in a timely matter and picked me up so I could get the car. I had a recall on the power steering pump on my 05 Mini. I've been putting it off for many years since it was replaced 10 years ago. It was still working but I knew it was a matter of time that it would fai I've been putting it off for many years since it was replaced 10 years ago. It was still working but I knew it was a matter of time that it would fail. You keep a car long enough and components will fail. Not if but when? Devin, the service advisor, assured me that they would replace the pump under warranty. Mini of Stevens Creek took care of the issue and even gave me a free loaner . The next day I picked my car up and all was GREAT! More

Bought my 2013 Mini Cooper Roadster here and have had 99. 5% of all service performed here. Always get an appointment when needed. The latest service was yesterday. Had a front brake sensor that said somethin 5% of all service performed here. Always get an appointment when needed. The latest service was yesterday. Had a front brake sensor that said something was wrong. They traced it quickly to a damaged wire to the brake sensor and fixed it without charge as they couldn't tell how it got damaged. A++ service in my book. More
The dealership does a great job fixing issues and communicating any upcoming problems that will need repair. They provide video and photos to back up what they are saying. The only complaint I have is that when I make an appointment for an oil change, I end up waiting 3 hours. What's the point of an appointment then? I guess I need to stop waiting there although it is a nice waiting area with coffee, tea and water with comfy chairs and couches. And I always have nice chats with the service guys and that helps pass the time. More
