I received a reminder for my 2019 Mini Countryman for brake fluid change. The Express service advisor quickly filled me in that I simply needed that and the included inspection. Other services such as coolant flush can wait, and my brake pads were still good. The service technician showed the inspection on the enclosed video. I got my car back in a couple of hours' wait.
