Worst customer service! No one ever answers the phone in the service or parts departments. If you leave a message with the manager, no one ever calls you back. I left my car for service and they took really long because they are short of staff. I called several times to learn the status of my car but no body return my call. OIL CHANGE AND BASIC MAINTENANCE: Not a review of the personnel. Every person I dealt with was very cordial and clearly overworked. I came in for an 11 o'clock appointment and didn't get my car back unti personnel. Every person I dealt with was very cordial and clearly overworked. I came in for an 11 o'clock appointment and didn't get my car back until 6pm. I don't live in the area and I was told it would take no more than an hour and a half. I Ubered around town and did some errands. I kept calling in to get a status and no one was available to take a call and I was told my contact person was gone for the day. When I came in they hadn't touched my car and my maintenance person was there and had no idea I had called. The Manager put my car in and it took another "hour and a half" . Their current system is broken. The call center is out of Arizona and has no clue about what the shop can handle and their computer system doesn't update anyone in the chain of command. Good people VERY bad system. More
Took my brand new (3 Month new) Mini in for scheduled service and was charged $400 for 'running diagnostics' because I said there was a rattle in passenger side door (which is still there) and the steeri service and was charged $400 for 'running diagnostics' because I said there was a rattle in passenger side door (which is still there) and the steering would shimmy at high speeds (which it also still does). Complete rip off. They didnt even check the air in the tires (which I found afterwards was causing the shimmy. Filled them and fixed myself). To think I was about to buy another car there - no way, ever. You can tell a lot by a car dealership service, and this was awful. More
