I have owned 2 mini's. ..amd tje service dept has been such a help in maintaining my lovely cars. I have had two men help me over the last 10 years...Trent and Hector. Both ..amd tje service dept has been such a help in maintaining my lovely cars. I have had two men help me over the last 10 years...Trent and Hector. Both have been extremely helpful. They answer all my questions and help me understand what my car need. I actually enjoy going in for service. Lol More

September 30, 2022 Review of Stevens Creek Mini Service performed on 9/28/2022. While the service personnel are unfailingly professional and courteous, service outcomes have ranged from distressing to h performed on 9/28/2022. While the service personnel are unfailingly professional and courteous, service outcomes have ranged from distressing to horrifying. While our 2012 MINI Cooper S is a fun and exciting car to drive, it has been a terrible car to own. Components that rarely or never fail on other cars have failed in less than 50,000 miles. The total cost of individual repairs for seals, belts, pulleys, housings, and electronics has reached five figures and counting. So, this latest visit was more of the same – a nearly $700 cost to replace a water pump pulley, not a pulley assembly but just a pulley wheel – at 48,000 miles. Although this is a performance vehicle, it is driven at modest speeds around town and on trips. More
I came in for a tire pressure sensor issue and Hector Limon-Salceda was able to get it fixed quickly.
